Current Services and Policies effective January 1, 2007
Shipping: UPS Ground Service is our default Shipping Method. Insurance coverage up to $100.00 is included. If additional Insurance is desired customer is responsible for this cost. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise during the shipping process after we have delivered your package to UPS. Minimum Order For Shipped Items: Net Amount of at least $50.00 for all orders and shipping is free Special Orders: We are always pleased to process Special Orders, however, customer must pay for merchandise and the actual shipping charge we incur up front. Customer will be notified promptly when ordered merchandise has been received. Pre-Orders: We are always pleased to process Pre-Orders, however, the customer does not need to pay for merchandise up front. Customer will be notified promptly when Pre-ordered merchandise is available. When Pre-Ordered merchandise is available the customer will be advised to make payment prior to our receiving it. We do not incur any shipping charges for Pre-Ordered Merchandise when items are included with our regular orders. Rush Orders: We are always pleased to process Rush Orders, however, an additional $4.00 Handling Fee will be added to the Total Shipping Cost. International Orders: Shipped via US Airmail - Please contact us to confirm the Total Shipping Cost prior to placing your order. Returns: All returned merchandise must look new, be unused and in the same condition it was in on the date it was sold. Also, all returned merchandise must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase and include the original receipt. If merchandise has to be shipped back to us the Customer is fully responsible for paying the shipping costs. There will be no exceptions to this Return Policy.
